I ordered the "free" sample paying for post and packaging. I received this without any company information. A week later I noticed 2 deductions from my account totalling 265 Dollars. I called the number on my email confirmation and was told to return the samples and they will reimburse me. I tried to post it back but it is on the post office restricted list. I tried 3 courier companies but it is also on their restricted list. I now have no way of returning these samples and it looksz like I won't get my money back.
