I purchased some free trials of both Derma Juvenate and Vivexin on the internet and was then asked to pay a postage and packing fee for both products Derma Juvenate was £4.99 and Vivexin was £5.95. I thought about whether to accept this fee and thought the benefits outweighed the cost, so I went ahead and ordered.
Looking through my visa statement I noticed that I have been charged £89.91 from Derma Juvenate. I have contacted my Visa Company, who have told me to try and contact Derma Juvenate to dispute this transaction. I am at a loss at how to do this as I am in England and the company appears to be American with no email contact details. Does anyone have any contact details such as customer services email address to file a complaint?
