I orderd the trial pack and was charged USD4.95 on April 14 I never ever received the trail pack. On May 13th I was charged for a pack for USD97.00 and also to date have not received a single thing from them. I wand my money refunded as this is now almost 3 month ago. My order number quoted is
1989341. Please help me get my money back. Thank you
