I ordered this on line. They never mentioned "subject to a foreign fee" and never mentioned a price of $94.87. I am sending the mdse back and am looking for a credit for this amt. Wheni called the above number, they said i had a subscription. I do not have and have not ordered a subscription for future mds. Maxine korman
