I ordered the "free credit report" for $29.95 to check my credit. I did not order the yearly subscription or credit rating. I it has not been 30 days since I ordered only 21 and it has been billed to my credit card!!! I am a single working mom and cant afford this nonsense.
I have called the company after being put on hold for 12 minutes I was asked if I had cancelled my "subscription", I again explained that I had not ordered a subscription and it had not yet been 30 days so how dare they charge my credit card $79.95."I will have to look into this, we wouldn't have charged you if your 30 days weren't up or if you hadn't ordered the subscription"!!
To make matters worse I have never recieved my credit report from them either!!!
