Billing for subscription I didn't orde

Fitness magazine is horrible about payment for membership I never requested. For that existence of me, I've no idea where they got my title, tackle, etc. I NEVER requested a membership, however they started delivering me publications after which the expenses began arriving. Bill after bill arrived, and that I might deliver it back with prepared declaration that I never requested the journal and also to quit delivering the publications and also the expenses.

I've e mailed them, created them, attempted to contact (no telephone number accessible), etc. To try and quit, however they don't hear.

I threatened legal consequences in my own last email communication for them in December. We will observe.
