My husband is a smoker who is trying to quit and he received an email for a free trial from Emerald Lux for the shipping cost of $4.95. He deleted the email so we were unable to review it. When we were charged $114.95 a couple weeks later I figured there was a time frame in which the product had to be returned or we'd have to pay full price. My husband swears the email he received said nothing like that and the product had no paperwork with it other than a business card with contact information on it. I didn't do anything at that point because I figured we were at least partially at fault and he should've been more careful before ordering. But then a couple weeks later we were charged another $74.95. And we never received anything else from them in the mail. I checked on their website and saw that that is the price for 15 cartomizer refills. Which we never ordered or received. I have tried several times to contact the company by phone and email and have received no response. I am disputing both charges at the bank. This company disgusts me. They are taking advantage of people. And their product sucks.
