Hello i ordered the trial emerald lux cigarette too. The add said to fill out the info to see if i am one of the lucky people to get a lux for 5.00$. I figured i would try it and if i liked it i would buy filters from there website! Thats why i figured i got it for 5.00 to see if i liked it, then i would spend more money with them! Received 5 boxes of refills today and honestly thought they sent them to me for free! Aint nothin free, checked my credit card and two charges were on it 109.00 and 69.00. Called them and they said i should of read the fine print. What fine print, there was none that i could see and it said your credit card would only be charged 5.00$ and no more! Right now i am trying to get this resolved with discover but im worried that they cant do anything for me! So many people with the same experience and going back at least three years of doing the same thing to other people! When i called the place they explained what was going on, so expertly trained arent they, then they would only charge me 50% of the balance. Hung up called my credit card company and now we wait and see! The way i figure they are thinking is the dumb people will fall for it and do nothing but the smart people will try and get there money back. They referring to lux will get some money and lose some moneybut probably get more than lose more. The product winds up in your mouth after you take a few puffs! Nasty stuff, what a rip-off! Serious jail time is in order! Pissed off consumer charlesB
