After 5 weeks I logged on to track my order and saw the message: "Your Order has been received and is currently in Queue to be Processed." 2 weeks later, I checked again with the same message. I sent an email to ask where my order was and all I received was the automated email response. Since this time I have not recieved my order or a refund. I've also filed a complaint with the New Hampshire Better Business Bureau.
