I ordered the special, two (2) aids for 29.95, and clicked on two (2) Extended Warranties and Priority Mail. When I clicked to go to the pre-submit page to check the accuracy of what I had selected and the cost, it went directly to the PAID page with an Order Number. My total was 128.44. They had charged me for 2 aids at $59.90; 4 warranties (ordered 2) at $27.80, and Priority Shipping at $40.74. (My cost should have been $59.75.) I called and spoke with an Elena and told her to cancel my order, which I was given a run-around, because she said it was not on their site yet, but finally after being very firm she said she wrote a cancellation. Then I called the same 877-362-4584 number and spoke with to a Gigi in the billing department. Again, a run-around, but firmly insisting, she, too, said she wrote up a cancellation. Not trusting this fraudulent deceptive company, I called my bank and stopped payment which cost $30.00. This company will be reported to California Consumer Affairs for their fraudulent abusive policy which targets senior citizens. Hopefully, more consumers, fraudulently taken in, will also, call!
