I order your risk free trial face serum. It was a free trial where you just paid shipping and handling which you took off my account. I got my order on July 3 Then I come to find out you billed my credit card $102.00 at 2:00 in the morning off July 3rd. I called the number the credit card company gave me and told the I just recieved the order yesterday so I didnt have time to try it. He said my order was put in on June20 and my trial was up I told him I didnt get it till the 3rd. He said it wasnt his fault the mail took so long and he woulnt give me back my money. He said the order left Missaga on June24 got to Richman on June 28 got to 100 Mile House on July 2 But I am ruel out of town and it didnt get to my mailbox till July 3. I let him know that but he said I still had to pay. He wouldnt even try to help. I relooked on the web site and it dosnt say 14 days from the time you send it It says you have a 14 day free trial risk free. This is a total rip off. I cant believe a company could do this to people and still stay in busness. My credit card company said I am not the only one that has compained about this same thing. Lots of people have been taken advantage of. Your company sucks and Ill be your best advertisment ever. Hopfull I save a few people from getting riped off. I told you by word on the phone not to charge my credit card again and cancel me now I have it in writing.
