As of Apr 13th I had made a perches of two phones and two cases that were not on hand, and was told by sales person that I would receive them by the following week. On May 14th with several visits and phone calls made to the store I still had not received them, and had asked for a refund and was told that it would be taken care of by the next bill witch has been taken out ever week. The hole time I was telling Progressive what was going on and they had said all they needed was and email of the return and that they would complete the return and know it is almost to the end of the contract and still have no refund.
