A man with an indian accent called and said I owed for a payday loan taken out in Nov and SBK was put in charge to collect this debt. He insinuated that if I didn't pay that they would take me to court an that I would have to pay about $8,000. I told he him that I only had $100 in my checking account he then put e on hold, another indian accented man got on and said the 100 would make it go away. He wanted my card number which I refused to give and then asked me when I could pay it. I told him payday was for another week and he asked me to send him a fax indicating that I would pay him on May 11. I found it very strange that the settlement was for exactlly what I told them I had in my checking account.
