I received a cell phone from Q link Wireless which I believe is a government subsidized agency. I e-mailed them @9 am on 6/27 that the phone would not take a charge. I had made a short call on the phone, but could not use it any further because of the battery problem.
I did not hear back form the company concerning the problem. Then late Sunday night I receive an e-mail from the company stating that I was running out of minutes and needed to buy more. I can't use the phone, how can I have used up the minutes I had? I then e-mailed the company again stating such. I have since sent 2 more e-mails voicing my concerns about the phone. I still have not heard back on any of my e-mails. I have no other phone service so therefore I am without a phone. These people are getting paid by out government to provide this service but they are not providing a service. Can someone please help me resolve this problem with the phone.
