I was approved for a lifeline telephone with 250 free min per month. Qlink wireless shows I have been assigned telephone number (254) 498-0976 and I have a enrollment ID 649110 and qlink wireless shows this phone is activated. I have never received this telephone and have emailed, faxed and mailed via US MAIL several letters about this with no response. Qlink wireless is billing the government for this lifeline service and min and not supplying a telephone or any way to use these min. This to me is defrauding the government.
