Purchased a dress for $179.99 on June 11 and it arrived June 28 with the beads falling off. The beads that did not fall off are very loose. The quality is very poor and the tulle that attaches to the satin at the back of the dress is stitched incorrectly. I need the dress in two weeks and knew it was not enough time to exchange the dress so I asked for a complete refund. They first offered me $20 then it went up to $30 then they offered 50% of my money back. I advised them their site clearly states that i could get a full refund if the dress is damaged. It is clearly damaged and they refuse to give me a total refund.
