I was phone about my computer being slow and full of viruses. They claimed to be Microsoft in Johannesburg. I told them that I already have paid Virtual PC secure (which I also find out to be a scam) and I don't want anything from them. They promise me that they have the authority to get the money back from Virtual PC Secure but I must submit my banking details to have the money being paid into my account. I did it and suddenly an amount of $200 was deducted from my account. I battle to stop the payment. Hope to get my money back.
