On this day I could not access my email account. I phoned a number that appeared under Microsoft Help, the person that came on the phone said his name was rahul. He started saying that I have lots of viruses and I need security I mentioned that I do have AVG security, but he told me that with the one I have my internet banking is not secure and anyone can get my bank details. So he offered to give me a more secure version of AVG. He also said he needs to clean my computer because it has alot of threats. When he finished I thought it was free But then he told me the charge is £149.99. When I questioned him he told me £100 was for cleaning the computer and£49.99 was for the AVG security. Then he said the billing comfirmation would not appear under microsoft but under sky logic. After two days my computer crashed. It would not start. I had never experienced any such problem with my computer before. I phoned The tec. Guys (computer engineeres and the person told me they received hundreds of calls like mine Skylogic is a big scam. He advised me to report the incident and advised me to have the credit card changed. I hope you can do something and stop these thiefs.
