Wasn't given a chance to cancel order after trial run, they had already shipped bottles and charged my account by the 12 th day. Custer service was very rude and didn't even want to transfer me to a supervisor said they were all busy. Not able to get my money back said they still have to charge me because the bottle was already shipped out and they have to toss it if I send it back.
