Received an email "from a friend", thought I'd check it out. A testimonial from Dr Oz recommending garcinia cambogia and a free bottle offer appeared. I clicked, was offered a variety of packages, a free bottle only included in a multi-bottle offer. I thought I'd be willing to try the product but only wanted 1 bottle. I made what I thought was that selection and discovered I was charged for three bottles. I called immediately to correct the order and was informed that due to streamline ordering, it couldn't be cancelled or changed. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or superior, I was told they were not available, all were in an emergency meeting. I was finally transferred to someone else (???) who hung up on me when I complained that they wouldn't cancel my order. After calling back and speaking to 3 other people, I was told I could keep the one bottle, return the other 2 and pay the restocking fee for the bottles I didn't even order. I pointed out that there was no point in the order process that allowed me to review my order to confirm or cancel. I would not recommend doing business with nutra care.
