I fill the request for 2 personnes, me & wife, seniors, one room, cero children, with Booking.com. They confirm but for 3 personnes 2 adults and one child and recomend contact the hotel for confirmation. I do clarifying that we are only 2. Answer not the hotel but a guest co. Ignoring my complain. I respond clarifying y second time. Same response ignoring my complain. I insisted, and they recognize a mistake and offer refund to my VISA for the 3th personne, and tell me that the Hotel will confirm in the next following days. The 2 July I will travel from Toronto to Montreal, I have no time to Book another hotel, and was passed 7 days, cancellation cost they said is CAD$ 315. I don't receive confirmation, and they said I selected a family room. I clarify that I don't, that their programm give that, that I marked Cero children. But at this time I haven't receive notice from the Hotel. What I do??
