On 4/23 I was told that I was to receive a free oil/filter change to make amends for a clerical mistake made by this dealer on 2/12 when I was charged the going rate for an oil change because they could not locate either of my service contracts (#16760312 or #37082004) on their computer. After returning to my home dealer I discovered that my
service contract #37082004 had been charged for the "FREE" oil change.
I do not know if anything can be done about this but just want you to know I am not happy and that I am in the market for a new vehicle???
