I booked a flight for two people. Unfortunately I could not use the tickets, I could not cancel them either. I had to change the date. The problem is I am allowed to change the date for any time before April. That's the time I cannot travel, I can travel any time from May. Eventually the company agreed on the phone to change the date for May for extra pay £189.10. I agreed to that. When I got my bill it turned out they charged me £189.10 twice, it means per person. Now they refuse to do anything about it. I am not happy because I pay double price for my tickets. I feel it's not right when they give you completely misleading information on the phone and then pretend it's not their fault. I was duped by KLM.
