First national credit get revenge

I got scamed from first national credit. Sent in $37.00 membership fee. When the package arrived it wasn't what i thought it was. So i returned the package the next day. I still haven't got my fee back. It stated in a acceptance certificate if not completely satisfiedsend the package back witin 30 days no questions asked. I doubt if i'll ever see my &37.00 again. Would like to get a little revenge though.
