I purchased Cybersonic over one year ago. I never received replacement brushes. I've called their customer service 5 times (in early AM) and always get a promise to send the brushes out. Wrong. So basically I spent over $100.00 for a common toothbrush that lasted as long as my Colgate grocery-store brand. They don't send replacement brushes! Their CS number has a recording saying they are swamped with Christmas orders (in February?) so now it becomes impossible to reach them.
