Mail order for item ee2-103 'love' glass vase mailed on 6/14 and received at company 6/18. Postal mail order. Was orginally told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process on 6/4 (2 times) and 6/7 (1 time) revised at this time to 4 weeks. I was given the email to contact customer care, i questioned why it was to take so long to process a item that you had in stock (over 500 i was told on 6/4 at first) and gave them the info that that customer service had told me each time. Said a reply would come in 48 hours. Received a reply on 6/12 stating that i was misinformed and the norm is usually 3 to 5 days to process, which prompted me to get a postal money order and send because i needed the vase deliveried to a forist in northern ohio no latter than the 5th of july. Post office confirmed that it was deliveried to the po box on the 18th. I waited to call and find out the status until the 24th (1-877-756-6837) service/order status. At this time i was given my order number M2778567 and told that it was to ship within the next two days. So i called back on the 27th to see if it had been shipped, at this time i was told that it would be 2 to 3 weeks to process the money order because they had to wait for the payment to clear and they received the funds. Post office money orders are guaranteed for payment. After a lenghtly dispute about the order i asked to speak to the supervisor (named ANNIE). I asked her why there was so much lying about this order, customer care and customer service and why i were you holding the order. See told me a first that no one told me what i was told and when i asked her how then did i get the order/comfirmation number she stated that that both parties had no right to tell me what they did, and that what she said was company policy. Now this wasn't stated anywhere within the mail order catolog or on the order form beyond the fact of 7 to 10 days shipping time. I was told that i wouldn't get the item for another 3 weeks, but she was going to call the corporate office to see if they would release it. I told her that i needed that item deliveried by the 5th, and so i told her to cancel the order and send me my money back, she told me that that would be 4 to 6 weeks. I told her that wasn't right nor good business and that i was going to call the better business bureal, she said go right ahead and call, that they have dealth with them before and i wouldn't be the first time and not the last. Then hung up. I have to put the peole in ohio on hold now and no one can do nothing, let alone the birthday present will not be deliveried now and probably not until mid month. I assume this company is a cash straped company that needs to pay their supplies first before they ship or they are just a cash straped company that does busniess on a end of the day account and has to have the money in their account, but that shouldn't be for a company i guess in their line of work.
