I ordered a free trial and then was charged for an order I had not placed, £84.13. I complained and emailed the company who did cancel future orders. I then spoke to customer services who refused to let me send the product back or give me a refund. They also refused to let me speak to a senior manager. They offered me a 30% refund but would not negotiate on my returning the order unused.
