My credit card was charged $35 for a product that I never recieved. I called the company on 5 different occassions in 1 month. The only thing the rude morons in the Customer {dis}Service department told me was that the product was shipped out on the 10th of the month. They agreed to re-send the product and I never recieved it.
Last month I told the Customer Rep that I wanted to cancel my order and all future shipments, she allegedly canceled my order and all future orders.
Yesterday I found out that the company had never canceled my "contract" with them and had charged me for another month... Another month which I have to recieve. Now I am out 2 months of product, but have been charged both times. To add insult to injury this last time they charged me $70.00 rather than $35.00. The Manager on duty refused to speak to me and the Supervisor refused to credit my account any of the money.
