I got an e-mail thanking me for my purchase. I never made a purchase at Bloomingdales, ever, in my whole life. I spoke to more people than I can count and they would not give me any information. They were rude and apathetic. Finally, somebody told me I had spent over $1000 that year on 4 different visits to Bloomingdales. They would not tell me what type of payment was made, so I'm having an incredibly hard time tracking it down. I've spent hours calling my credit card companies and various accounts. I'll probably have to file a police report and get a lawyer. But it could all be a mistake and maybe I don't need to do anything. If they would just try to help me. I know they have the information because they're going to bill some account. But they won't tell me. I hate this. I can't believe they won't work with me to figure this out and are forcing me to go to an attorney.
