I purchased a laptop on ebay.com and i got a junk laptop that does not work. I have indicated to the seller that i am purshaing this as a gift. With the intention of having it gift wrapped.
When i got the junk laptop arrived i paid the full customs on the full value.
I opened a case with ebay as it was marked under the buyer protection program. Ebay closed the case and said that i am not covered because of me mentioning it to have it as a gift and gift wrapped. I was supposed ot be a gift to my wife.
I lost the 434 dollars with no working laptop. I think ebays buyers program is fruad and i would like my money back. Beware ebay is fraud
I got a junk item and lost 434.. How come i am not covered by the consumer protection. Where is the justice in that.
