David listed a new Macbook Pro 13.3 on eBay. He convinced me to pay for the laptop OFF ebay, my mistake. He took my money but never delivered the laptop. He then listed the laptop 2 more times, one sold, one didn't. I don't know if the person who purchased the second listing got the laptop or money but I would say not. When pressured he told me to fuck off and quit bugging him, that I was never going to get my money or laptop because he was 16 yr old living with his parents. I filed complaints with ebay and paypal and am waiting to hear if I will get any money back.
