I was also fooled by "free sample" claim, and paid £3.99 P&P. I did not see the small print about cancelling order within 14 days, and then because they had my credit card details they took £89 from my account. I also then had approx £1000 worth of payments taken from this card fraudulently on line. To make matters worse, I had an severe allergic reaction to the product and any reputable company would have given me a refund. However initially they said they would not refund me, but would cancel any future orders. When I repeated that I had had an allergic reaction to the product, they said they could give me a partial refund of £45.
