I bought the product in 2002 on the phone. I received the product, followed the instructions. I had an allergic reaction.
I called the Customer Service number and was told to return the product (the amount paid was over 200.00). I did not return it right away, and when I did, I was told that it was past the guaranteed time so I would not receive a refund. I was ill for nearly six months.
I have tried to contact them since then, but I cannot find the company anywhere. I do believe that the company has ripped me off due to the fact that I informed them of the allergic reaction; I was not informed as to what should have been done, and the representative at Lipoban's customer service guaranteed that I would receive a refund.
