Very deceptive advertising. PAid 34.95 to guarantee a loan.instead had to apply to numerous institutions with denials. Called them to ask for refund and that it was not what I expected and they wont budge. Called my AMex and disputed it and they reverse for me. Not sure if they charge it to them or not.
