I was not aware I was signed up for a free trial or that money was going to be taken out of my bank account without my authorisation. Apparently it is in VERY small print and I feel they are at least disingenuous if not dishonest. I have telephoned them, tried for a refund with no success, have told them to delete all my details from their system. I was told I would receive email confirmation of this, and I am still waiting. I will take legal action if I find they take money from my account in the future and my bank is now alerted.
