I oerdered a free samle and paid p&p 4.99 stirling on getting my credit card statement an unauthorised amount of 89.91 sterling had been taken i phoned my creit card provider and they advised me that i had probably entered, unknnowingly, into a contract iphoned derma juvenate and at first they said they couldnt find details i responded that if they could take my money they must have them after some time my details were found and i was told that terms and conditions stated that if i didnt ring derma juvenate within 14 days that would authorise them to take the full amount for my FREE sample apparently i have no recourse on this matte
