I signed up for the "free" trial paying just £4.99 P&P and then over Jan and Feb had £184.81 taken from my account.
I called DermaJuvenate to demand a refund and confirm that no further money would be debited from my account. I was offered a refund of £50 which i refused and got put through to a supervisor. He said he would refund me £90 for the month of Feb but not Jan as I had signed up to the "terms and conditions". I said i should have received a contract in my original confirmation email if there were ongoing debits from my account which he refuted. I will be raising this with trading standards. Appalling.
