While incarcerated i made calls through securustech. Each call gives you the amount left on the account and then states that i am the only one who can collect the remainder of the money unused by goin to a western union.
After attempting to make contact to with any living and breathing employee of this company I have been unsuccessful.
Is just another example of those in our country whom we entrust to uphold the law taking advantage of their position.
We need to seriously take steps in our society to see to it that police are being policed also (for the common good of we the people.)
