Unused call balance recoverable only through Western Union and no employee reachable

While incarcerated, I made calls through SecurusTech. Each call gives you the amount left on the account and then states that I am the only one who can collect the remainder of the unused money by going to a Western Union. After attempting to make contact with any living and breathing employee of this company, I have been unsuccessful.

It is just another example of those in our country whom we entrust to uphold the law taking advantage of their position. We need to seriously take steps in our society to see to it that police are policed also (for the common good of we the people).
