We went to a Payless Vacations presentation at Holiday Inn at Rock Island, IL. Which we we were to receive 2 free airline tickets after. We had to mail certificate in order to get our free tickets which we did, along with $70 to Oracle Travel Promotions, to pay for the activation fee, a month later we get another paper saying we had to fax in the paper they sent to verify we want the tickets, we did. I have called numerous times, trying to get our money back or the tickets we are owed. This is a scam...
