An email was sent to me on April 29 stating that I had won a million dollars. At first I had deleted the messages and on May 3 I was contacted again via email stating that the email was not a scam and that this was actually happening. First they had me send them $140 around the 5th of May then $600 for some application fee, another $750.00 for insurance, another 1,250 to have funds released from a task force and $1,750.00 for US Customs and Border Protection. Now they are asking for another $1,500.00 fee for a delivery man Decha Ortiz being held in their custody since May I had been communicating with Richard Moore via email and text messages. He had made the promise that I was going to receive the winnings once i sent the last payment on $1,750.00 on June14 around 3:15 pm. I have not heard from them until today June 19 asking to pay for Mr. Ortiz's hotel bill of $1,500.00 at the US Customs Border and Protection Hotel. Even though the funds were sent on the 14th it was not picked up until Monday the 17th. I decline in sending the $1,500.00 because I felt that Mr Ortiz works works with Richard Moore and Facebook promtions and that they should have paid for 4, a
