Found an ad on my Facebook newsfeed for an anti aging product. Lots of testamonials and free trial offer. So I placed my order, paid the discounted shipping, and then decided to check the company. After reading all the complaints I decided to cancel my order. They had already deducted the shipping charges from my bank, so I had a phone number to contact them. They cancelled my order but refused to refund the shipping charges. They said that was the cost for the shipping label that had already been printed!!! $9.90 for a shipping label.
