Told Internet Suits Business but It Fails in Rain, $499 to Cancel

I signed up for internet service and was told it would be perfect for business. And turns out its wireless service. If it rains I can't access the internet. Worst internet service ever. Now I am tied to a one year contract that I can only cancel for a fee of 499$ that is ridiculous for service that just plain SUCKS!!
