I have asked for help uploading pictures and no one responds.

I have also stated I do not want Facebook or twitter involvement with my account and every time I erase the checked boxed giving permission - the box reappears with the check in place. If this situation isn't remedied, I will ask for an immediate refund and to have my profile immediately removed!!
