I had canceled and removed my profile and service with Ourtime.com. The next day Ourtime.com charged my credit card for $97.68. Attempts to contact the service are limited to only the company site e-mail. Two attempts to resolve this have been ignored. First attempt: Ourtime.com service confirmation# 130319-001195 and second attempt # 130321-001971 have been TOTALLY IGNORED!!! I've been told that patience is a virtue, but now I'm certain that I'm now a "Sucker".
