I subscribed to OurTime.com with intentions to try the date site. I had been a member for only 1 week and had been in communication/chats with a few men and had been on 1 date. On day 7 of my membership, they got my profile name attached to a mans profile, so if anyone wanted to view my profile, they saw a man's profile. Plus I started getting emails from women. The gentleman I had dated called me and said all kinds of cruel things thinking I was a man posing as a woman after he saw my profile after OurTime had screwed up my profile. It was a horrible experience. I immediately canceled my membership and told OurTime to take my profile off and I wanted all my money refunded. As of today, 3/16, my profile is still online, I am still getting emails from women and have not gotten any response regarding my refund. I am now getting my credit card company involved. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to get your money back?
