We had a home loan through g m a c.in the first part of 2013 greentree bought the loan from them. Since then they have admitted to many mistakes, they r rude, and doesn t seem to know their own business partners. We ve proved several times they are wrong but then a new problem, now they say i have 2 insurance policies, my insurance co. Contacted them they admitted they charged double, and now they say im still in default? They now are putting me in foreclosure?
I haven t missed a payment, and never late im 66 yrs old have a heart thats not good and they seem to laugh at my wife and i. How can they keep doing this and not in fear of laws? Look at google.com for greentree services you will see that they are doing it yo so many. If you know to stop it please help
