They first called me on June 13, and I did not answer. They called me again on June 14 and did not answer that call. After calling a third time, I foolishly answered that call. Then they were asking me if my name and email address is so and so. I said yes. They asked me if I am at my computer, and I said yes. Then he gave me some instructuions and told me to check for errors and warnings under Computer Management and Events Viewer. I saw a list of errors and warnings, thinking that my hardware had been infected with a trojan various like he said. I told him that my comptuer was working fine, but he was saying that eventually it will crash. I foolishly believed whate he said and paid $50.00 for the service, which turned out to be a scam.
