Received call said to be from Microsoft reporting that there was virus problems with my computer which needed sorting out. Asked to open a file that showed large number of 'warnings' and 'errors' which could be sorted if I agreed to pay for extended 'warranty'. Foolishly I did, they then proceeded to load a program after which they started going through my whole system, as far as I could see.
My computer works OK, but it is not faster.
