I have been a customer for 7 years longer. I bought another line / phone $200.00 on top of the monthly bill. I have a disabled child. On many occasions they shut the phone off, refused small payment weekly arrangements. They have over charged me many times. $24.99, $9.99. I have been hung up on. I want out of my contract and be done with there business. They are rude and inconsiderate to my needs and what I've been going through with my family. I want no charges, not on my credit report.
