I sent documentation of proof of fraudulent charges on my verizon bill in the amount of $319.68 over 3 weeks ago. Rep antoinete from their company said to fax in the proof and they will refund. I did so and waited over 3 weeks - no refund. Now today they say will not pay the amount i proved they owed. They said they only pay a portion of fees over 30 days old even though 3 weeks ago they said they would do a complete refund. I have a case number. I also never signed up for this "service"
